I have used fibroblast pens on myself for about 3 years and I love the results, each time you perform a treatment you will have new, glowing, and tighter skin. You don't have to over do it, you have to allow the skin to heal completely before repeating the treatment. I have used so many brands and models, but recently I have tried the Plamere which I love due to the several attachments and bent needles, I also like the 4th Gen and Plaxage, but this pen seems to be more professional, so if you are an esthetician I highly recommend the Plamere Premium.

With the different attachments you can lift the eyelids, treat acne, penetrate creams and serums deeper into the skin and more, I have attached a video, please watch it! I use it to tighten the skin on my face and body and for some stretch marks I had after my pregnancies, but the most dramatic change I saw, was on my eyelids. I recommend a numbing cream. I'll be uploading before and after photos of myself soon.

After care is VERY IMPORTANT, it is one of the most important steps because if you don't take care of the area you can get infected. You don't have to apply creams, oils or ointments because it will slow down the healing process (just some ice or a cold gel if you like right after the treatment, and if you need to apply something, apply Aquaphor only and some hydrocortisone for itching). Swelling during the first few days and then some itching is NORMAL. Wash the area twice a day, for the first few days, I use a cotton ball with Cetaphil to clean my eyelids very carefully, then I wash them normally.

You MUST let the scabs fall off by themselves. When the scabs have fallen off then use creams as usual and SUNSCREEN. You should wear sunscreen for at least 3 months after treatment.

For pre-treatment it is very important that you have a clean face before applying the numbing cream, to avoid infections. This device is also for removing spots, moles, verruca, tattoos and more. I repeat it every 3 to 4 months, I never had botox or fillers, the only thing I use in between plasma pen treatments is a derma pen every 6 weeks. I use it in my upper arms (inner part), back of the hands and my stomach too, it helped me to tighten my skin back again after my 4 babies.
